We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please read our policy regarding returns and warranty claims for our personal use products.
Returns Policy
As breast pumps are personal use hygiene products, we maintain strict policies to ensure the safety and health of all our customers.
•⁠ ⁠Used Pumps: Once a breast pump has been used, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange due to hygiene and health regulations.
•⁠ ⁠Unopened Returns: Unopened pump packages, purchased directly from My Breastpump, may be returned within 7 days of delivery. A full refund will be issued, excluding the cost of the return courier service.

Warranty Policy
Our products are backed by warranties against manufacturing defects, effective from the original date of purchase (unless otherwise arranged, such as linking the start date to the baby’s birth).

Note: Warranty claims are only valid for the original purchaser and require valid proof of purchase.

Warranty Claims Process & Logistics
If your pump presents an operational problem within the warranty period, please contact our sales team info@mybreastpump.co.za immediately to start a claim.
•⁠ ⁠Complete the Form: You will need to complete a Warranty Claim Form before sending your pump in for assessment. This will be sent to you when you report the issue
•⁠ ⁠Assessment & Action: We will verify the pump’s function and, if a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the necessary non-functioning parts according to the product design.
•⁠ ⁠Checking Fee: We do not charge a fee for checking the pump’s motor strength or assessing a warranty claim.
•⁠ ⁠Courier Costs:
o The client is responsible for the cost of delivery to and from our offices for initial assessment.
o If the issue is confirmed to be a legitimate warranty claim, we will cover the cost of the courier service to return the repaired or replaced pump to you.
•⁠ ⁠Turnaround Time: While we make every effort to return your pump quickly, please note that courier services may take up to 5 business days for the return delivery. If you are able to drop off and collect the pump directly from our offices, we can assist you much faster.
